The walk meets outside the Whitechapel Gallery at Exit 3 of Aldgate East station — not Aldgate, which is a different station about five minutes away and the mistake the listing specifically warns about. The meeting point is next to the KFC.
Arrive ten minutes before the half past seven start. The walk ends near Spitalfields Market on Commercial Street, four minutes from Liverpool Street station, which is on the Central line and runs on Night Tube evenings.
It is not wheelchair accessible. If that rules it out for you, the black cab tours reach the same city and every one of them is wheelchair accessible.
There is nowhere to sit. One reviewer says exactly this. Wear shoes you can stand in for two hours.

The research behind it is genuinely good and Robert told it as a story rather than a list of dates. Two things to know: there is nowhere to sit, and the group is large enough that hearing him was sometimes hard. Stand near the front.
