Write to hello@londonnight.tours. Most messages are answered within a working day. If your question is about an existing booking, the operator who is running your evening will answer faster than we can — your confirmation carries their details.
What we can help with
Which format suits your group, what time it will be dark on the date you are visiting, where a particular departure meets, and whether a tour is likely to run in the weather you are expecting. That is the sort of thing this site exists to answer, and the FAQs cover most of it already.
What we cannot help with
We do not take bookings, hold seats, issue refunds or change departure times. Every booking is made with the operator running that tour, and cancellations go through the same route. The affiliate disclosure explains how the site is funded and why that separation exists.
Corrections
If a price, a departure time or a meeting point on these pages is wrong, please say so — it will be checked and fixed. Operators change their timetables without notice and the seasonal ones change twice a year.
